Holladay Chamber of Commerce – Chamber members needed instructions on how to log in to the site, update profiles, update business listings in the membership directory, and create member hosted events. Chamber staff needed instructions on how to approve business listings and approve events. I created “how-to” guides for members and administrators to walk them through the steps.
